He is survived by: his wife Judy Scott Ellender; his daughter Ashley Ellender Bankston (Freddie Anthony Bankston); his grandchild Reese Noelle Bankston; and his sisters, Helen Ellender Pitre and Darlene Ellender Bergeron.
