He is survived by: his wife Janet Blanchard Hornsby; his children, John (Leah), Janelle (Jeremy) and Jaime (Donnie); his grandchildren, Carl (Megan), Zachary, Luke, Hannah, Madeline (Jacob) and Mallory; his great grandchildren, Remi, Caroline, Claire, Josie, Margot, Paisley and Ryman; his siblings, Audrey (Ronald), Mary (Kermit), Henry (Connie), Russell (Robyn) and Lonnie (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Roy (Joan), John (Wanda), Joe (Becky), Robert (Tiffany), Mike (Sharal), Mary, Mona, Joyce (Bud), Tina (Paco) and Anne (Allen).
