She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Sr. Johnson and Beatrice Johnson (Simpson); her husband Lawrence Hatcher; and her brothers, Arthur Johnson Jr., Victor Johnson and Edward Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ethel Poole of Chicago, IL and Janice Crenshaw of Hahnville, LA.; and her grandchildren, Sherri Williams of Chicago, IL, Rosalind Poole of Marietta, GA, Sandra Brantley of Chicago, IL, Charon Hodge of Chicago, IL and Donovan Perkins Sr. of Gonzales, LA. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
