He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bonds and Sadie Harvey Bonds; his wife Yvonne Nellie Bonds; his children, Sheila Bonds, Debra Myers and Calvin Myers; his siblings, Charles Bonds and Elsie Lacaze; his brothers-in-law, James Derbonne, Felix Lacaze and Roy Bass; his uncles, Rufus Harvey and John Harvey; his nephew George Lacaze; and his great-niece Kristin Kent Browning.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Bonds (Toby), Kenneth Bonds, Timothy Bonds (Jessica), Johnny Myers, Tonya White (Mark), Brooksie Green (Burt), Mary and Vascocu (Jerry); his siblings, Ashley Bonds (Bobby), Ann Derbonne and Betty Bass; and his grandsons, Michael Bonds, Kenneth Bonds, Timothy Bonds, Casey Bonds, Zack Bonds and Maverick Bonds. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
