She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Encalade and Victoria Taylor Encalade; her husband Freddie Miller, Sr.; her children, Carrie "Bert" Francis, Freddie Miller, Jr., Melvin Miller and Allen Lewis, Sr.; and her siblings, Bernice Jiles, Joseph Schexnayder, Agnes Encalade, Louise Barthelemy and Beulah Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey M. Banks (Ulysses, Jr), Eddie Miller (Shanna), Beatrice Williams (Lester) and Hicks Miller (Ashley); her granddaughter Trina Rodrigue; and her children-in-law, Patricia Miller and Joseph "Charlie" Francis. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
