He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barron and Martha Leblanc Barron; and his brother Jimmy Barron. He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Champagne Barron; his children, Leah Barron (H. Evans Scobee) and Michael Barron (Alaina); his grandchild Ryan Edward Rebowe (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Addison, Eleanor and Margaret Rose "Margot" Rebowe; and his brother Ronnie Barron (Linda).
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A rosary was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the St. Bernard Cemetery No. (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517).
