She was predeceased by: her son Paul Eddy; and her parents, Bert Lusted and Grace Lusted. She is survived by: her husband Buddy; her son David (Michelle); her grandchildren, Lauren, Ethan, Michael, Adam and Emma; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Elyza and Elyana.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at the St. Bernard Cemetery (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to their church of choice for a Mass to be said in memory of Gertrude.
