He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson Baltazar; his children, Kayla Baltazar-Ababio (Charles) and Devin Baltazar (Jerome) of Houston, TX; his grandson Devin Baltazar, II of Lafayette, LA; and his siblings, Mary Margaret Baltazar Potier of Parks, LA, Louette Batiste of Breaux Bridge, LA, Van Ray Baltazar, Brian Keith Baltazar of Breaux Bridge, LA and Kenny Rogers Baltazar (Hattie) of Raceland, LA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
