He is survived by: his wife Elsia Bernard of Breaux Bridge; his daughters, Wanda Jane Williams (Alfunso) of Breaux Bridge and Janice "Marie" Strickland (Phil) of Breaux Bridge; his grandchildren, Tamicka Roberts, Tiffany Stelly, Tyanna Strickland, Shawanda Williams, Alfunso Williams, Brandon Williams and Harry "Boom" Williams (Deanna John); his great grandchildren, Khloe Celestine, Brandon Stelly, Jr., Kylee Roberts, Kyren Roberts, Kyce Roberts, Kamryn Roberts, Jordi Ledet, Karter Williams, Jai Williams, Jentli Williams, Cadyn Williams and Caysn Williams; and his sister Loretta Bernard DeBoest of Houston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (289 Church St, Grand Coteau, LA 70541). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (174 Church St, Grand Coteau, LA 70541).
