We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2025, at the age of 92, Joseph Macy Usie of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Usie and Celonie Benoit Usie; and his siblings, Alfred Usie and Hazel Serrette. He is survived by: his wife Ida Mae Latiolais Usie; and his children, Rebecca Guidry, Elizabeth Adinolfi, Randy Usie (Melissa) and Wayne Usie (Maureen). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A rosary was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Michael.
