She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Usie; her parents, Joseph Sidney and Lillian Guidry Broussard; her brother Ray Broussard; and her daughter-in-law Judy Usie.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Usie (Joy), Rachael Simon (Mike), Perry Usie and Kelly Usie (Sherry); her sister Evelyn "Boobie" Boudreaux; her grandchildren, Ian Usie, Clint Simon (Jen), Dr. Crystal Simon (James Bynum), Jillyn Sheppard (Brian), Kody Usie (Ashley) and Kollin Usie (Kinsley); her stepgrandsons, Greg and John Hebert; her great grandchildren, Ivy Halliday and Sadie Lorraine Simon; her stepgrandchildren, Trenton Kade, Aiden Allen, Emra Iris and Bray Allen Usie; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Avery and Micah Hebert; and her caregivers, Delores Babineaux, Suzette Antoine, Jeanette Tate, Linda Alexander, Liz Joe and Diane Alexander.
