He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Decoux and Doris Oubre Decoux; his brother-in-law Raleigh Latiolais; and his niece Donna Latiolais. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" E. Decoux; his children, Mark Decoux (Rachel Dowden Decoux) and Rachel Decoux Aguillard (Bryant Aguillard); his godchild Blythe Ann Aguillard; his grandson Sylas Andrew Aguillard; and his siblings, Albert Decoux (Linda), Alfred Decoux (Jennifer), Kathryn Latiolais and Patsy Millet (Terry).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A rosary was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517).
