She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew LeBlanc, Sr.; her parents, Alphonse Fontenette and Theresa Francis Fontenette; her brothers, Wilbert Fontenette and Leroy Fontenette; and her siblings' children, LeRoy Fontenette, Dehavon Fontenette, Cheryl Fontenette and Derek Fontenette.
She is survived by: her son Andrew LeBlanc, Jr. (Rachel); her grandchildren, Jupiter LeBlanc, Andre'LeBlanc, Amber LeBlanc, Lakenya Johnson and Christopher Johnson; and her siblings, Lester Fontenette (Jean), Edward Fontenette (Agnes), Johnny Fontenette and Prenella Pentard (James).
