He was predeceased by: his daughter Amanda Delaney; and his parents, Tommy Delaney and Bennie Delaney. He is survived by: his daughters, Angel Delaney Freeman (Derrick) of Rayne and Ashley Delaney of Avery Island; the mother of his children Leslie Prejean Krieg of Lafayette; and his brothers, Tim Delaney of Longville and Leslie Delaney (Christine) of Plaisance. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
