With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen JeanBatiste of Broussard, Louisiana, who passed away on June 10, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoine JeanBatiste and Elise Lee JeanBatiste; his daughter Rebecca JeanBatiste; his sisters, Helen Murphy and Shirley Curlee; and his granddaughter Monica R. Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Glenda K. JeanBatiste Walker, Marvin JeanBatiste (Sandra), Jakeitha Prejean and Devin JeanBatiste; his grandchildren, Jamie Mitchell, Eric Mitchell, Derrick Mithcell, Lamar JeanBatiste, Lavaughn JeanBatiste and Keyana JeanBatiste; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Paul Mitchell, Eric C. Mitchell and Braydn Mitchell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Broussard 232 St (232 St De Porres St, Broussard, LA 70518). A rosary will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (232 St De Porres St, Broussard, LA 70518). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
