She was predeceased by: her husband Gayle Francis Provost; and her parents, Edvidge Simon and Maurice Simon. She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Madajewski, Eric Provost and John Provost; her grandchildren, Dane Etie, Kyle Provost and Kayleigh Etie; and her great grandchildren, Colton Provost, Aria Etie and Cohen Etie.
