He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Heitman and Jeanette Heitman; and his brother Mark Heitman. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Heitman, III; his grandson Kayze Heitman; his siblings, Carol Heitman Guntle (Karl), Jimmy Heitman, Laura Heitman Duplantis (Paul) and Nancy Heitman Landry (Shannon); and the mothers of child, Sarah Schaubert, Jaysa, Tayga, Ayvah and Alyssa.
