He is survived by: his wife Janet Broussard Couvillon; his children, John Michael Couvillon (Kari), Margaret Jane Couvillon (Roger), Sarah Beth Couvillon Ennis (Mark) and Anne Mary Couvillon Orr (Chad); his stepson William Mallett (Kirsten); and his siblings, Margaret Bell, Carole Ackman (Ronnie), Louis Couvillon and Jimmy Couvillon (Audrey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
