She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Howth Davenport; and her parents, Mary McClendon Parker and Jake Parker. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary "Zell" Davenport Cormier (Jeffery "Jay" Cormier) of Youngsville and Laura Loraine Davenport of Lafayette; her brothers, Jake Parker (Anette Parker) of Houston and Lyndon Parker of Dallas, Texas; and her stepgrandson Ryan Cormier of Lafayette. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In honor of Mozelle Davenport, the family request memorial contributions be made in her name to the Lafayette Animal Shelter and Care Center, 410 N Dugas Rd, Lafayette, LA 70507.
