She is survived by : her parents, Gary Tate (Annette) and Rita Miller Tate; her close friend Joey Landry; her sons, Zachery and Jonas Richard; her siblings, Jason Tate (Kelly) and Leah Jenkins (Brandon); and her nieces and nephews, Nicholas Tate, Grace Tate, Chloe Tate and Mason Hernandez.
