He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Rex J. LeBlanc and Sonja Mallett LeBlanc; and his grandparents, John Adelbert, Azilie Lege LeBlanc, Joseph Mallett and Eula Mae Girouard Mallett.
He is survived by: his wife Kelli Renee'Bernard LeBlanc; his sons, Aiden LeBlanc and Ian LeBlanc; his stepsons, Dustin Delahoussaye and Kyle Delahoussaye; his grandchildren, Carter, Jacelyn Broussard and Grayson Delahoussaye; his siblings, Michelle LeBlanc (Larry), Andrea LeBlanc (Jan) and Stephen LeBlanc (Vicky); and his nephew John Paul LeBlanc (Stephen). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and mother-in-law and father-in-law.
