He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Haydel and Elizabeth Weaver; and his brothers, Russel Haydel, Jr. and Lane Haydel. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Landry; his son Michael J. Haydel (Darlene); and his stepchildren, Terry Berthelot (Annie), Melissa Falgout, Kyle Berthelot and Sandy Latiolais. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
