He is survived by : his children, Perry Blanchard (Bobbi), Tammy Coupel (Warren Sr.), Raymond "Ray" C. Blanchard Jr. (Cynthia), Claude J. Blanchard (Sarah), Wendy Anastasio (Damian), Troy Blanchard (Sherry) and Michelle Bourge (Keith); his grandchildren, Jeremy Blanchard, Matthew Blanchard, Warren Coupel Jr., Blaire Clement, Nichole "Nikki" Guillot, Amanda Deslatte, Chad Blanchard, Rachael Allison, Daniel Simoneaux, Ryan Simoneaux, Brooke Chism, Candice Blanchard, AJ Bourge IV, Alaina Bourge and Luke Bourge; and his brother Kenneth Blanchard. He is also survived by twenty three great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
