He is survived by: his wife Wanda Settoon Cook; his brother Mel Cook (Susan); his children, Denise Cook McKenzie (Presley) and Dustin Cook (Jenni); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Patrick, Baileigh, Rylee Clare McKenzie, Gavin, Natalie Cook and Noah Barrette; and his friend John Ed Wright.
