She was predeceased by : her son Brian Owens; her parents, Jeff Cason and Felonise Chelette Cason; and her sisters, Barbara Cason and Cora Caraway.
She is survived by : her siblings, Julia Asbra, Jenny Soileau, Linda Redmon, Charles Cason (Pat), Sandra Carter and Jeffery Cason. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
