He is survived by: his wife Linda Chambers; his siblings, Lois Murray of Bunkie, LA and Kimble Chambers (Kate); his children, Tamara Woolridge (Dwayne), Carroll Simon (Carmella) of Houston, TX, Chrystal Chambers (Tamarkus) of Bunkie, LA and Todrick Sean Hayes of Bunkie, LA; his grandchildren, Victoria Vorise, Amber Taylor, MaCayla Simon, Ileria Simon, Dwayne Woolridge Jr. and Carroll Simon; his great grandchildren, Kylan, Brylan and Remi; and his goddaughter Camela Batiste. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
