She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoinette "Toni" Blalock and Gilbert Curtis Blalock. She is survived by: her children, Shasta Lucas (Dean) and Haden Jagneaux; her grandsons, Ethan Strong, Parker Jagneaux and Carter Jagneaux; and her siblings, Lonny Lindsey (Rose), Anthony Lindsey (Rita), Marlene Hernandez (Greg), Gilbert Blalock II and Belinda Vogel (Chris).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Melancon Funeral Home (108 N Lexington Ave, Bunkie, LA 71322). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
