It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ryan Paul Aymond of Bunkie, Louisiana, who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Ryan Paul Aymond, Jr.; his parents, Dannie A., Sr. and Lela Bordelon Aymond; his sister Margaret Aymond; and his in-laws, Archangel and Agnes Fruge Marcotte.
He is survived by: his wife June Marcotte Aymond of Bunkie; his son Brent Aymond (Tabitha) of Bunkie; his brother Dannie A. Aymond, Jr. of Bunkie; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Aymond, Avery Aymond, Anna-Lyssa Aymond and Dyson Aymond.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:45 PM at the Melancon Funeral Home (108 N Lexington Ave, Bunkie, LA 71322). A rosary was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (200 S Holly St, Bunkie, LA 71322). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pythian Cemetery (Pecan St, Bunkie, LA 71322).
