She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Alcide Merrick and Beatrice Lafrance Merrick; her child Tyronne D. Merrick; and her brother Joseph Alcide Merrick Jr. Banky. She is survived by : her siblings, Mary Duncan (Mancil), Barbara Ingraham (late Jerry), Joyce Narcisse (Cledmon) and Kevin Merrick Sr. (Rolenda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
