It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Anthony Parker II of Bush, Louisiana, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Sarles Parker; and his son-in-law Jeff Watson. He is survived by: his children, Heath Anthony Parker (Amy Parker) of Auburn, Paul Hansen Parker of Bush and Lynsey Parker Watson of Metairie, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Hayden Parker, Hali Parker, Abrial Suarez, Hattie Parker, Hiatt Parker and Chayse Parker; and his sister Glenda (Jim McDowell) of Brackettville. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Et E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at the Pinecrest Memorial Gardens (2280 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433).
