He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Roberts and Jacqueline "Jackie" Fanchav; and his stepparents, Eugene Fanchav and Doris Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Judith Lynn Bankston Roberts; and his children, Richard Roberts, Jr. and Melody Roberts. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
