Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Habisreitinger, Sr. and Cecelia Borgstede Habisreitinger; his sibling Alvira May Knight (Philip Buddy Knight); and his brother-in-law Adolph J. Flach Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Edward George Habisreitinger (Jean) and William "Billy" Habisreitinger, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Judith S. Prevou (Sheldon) and Barry M. Flach (Carol); his wife Nancy Flach; his son Robert John Habisreitinger; his daughter-in-law Joanna Riso; his granddaughter Hailey Hue Habisreitinger; and his caregiver Marcy Regan.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery (34888 Grantham College Dr, Slidell, LA 70460).
