He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Galloway, Sr. and Finers S. Galloway; his brother Floyd Galloway; and his son-in-law Patrick Graham. He is survived by: his wife Nola S. Galloway; his children, Leslie Graham, Tommie Galloway, Jackie Galloway and Jeff Galloway; his grandchildren, Brandy Morse (Johnny), Tiffany Cambre (Stephen), Erika Buras, Katherine Burns, Jesse Buras (Bailey) and Courtney Buras; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Morse, Bexleigh Hickman and Elanor Buras.
