He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Jerry Dale Hunter, Jr. and Margaret Ann Vernon (Jon); his stepchildren, Cindy Tassin and Mike Kyle (Elizabeth); his son-in-law Carlos Gomez; his grandchildren, Sarah Hunter Cook, Leah Hunter Busby, David Vernon, Chelsea Vernon Butler, Robert Tassin, Joseph Tassin, Patrick Kyle, Alex Kyle, Claudia Kyle and Edward Kyle; and his siblings, Fred Hunter (Joyce) and Joyce Neathery. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials for Jerry may be made to Calhoun Presbyterian Church or Delhi Presbyterian Church.
