She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Anthony and Leona Anthony (Jones); her husband Melvin Lee Smith (M. L.); and her siblings, Helen and Talmadge.
She is survived by: her children, Myron Smith (Artie) and Melanie McCune (Jack); her grandsons, Jacob (Tyler) and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Mila and Madeline.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - West Monroe (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery (451 LA-151, Calhoun, LA 71225).
