She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Smith, Tanya Sue Crowell (Hubert) and Cynthia Leigh Bernice; her grandchildren, Tiffany Lynn McDonald, Mallory Anne Savant, Logan Scott Bernice, Stephen Cole Parden, Micah Lennon Bernice, Jacob Carlton, Ryan Jackson, Wayne Wildridge, Martin Hausen, Elijah May, Sara Crowell and Jeremy Crowell; and her sister Carolyn Coon.
Memorials may be made to the Beulah Community Church or to the Alzheimer's Association.
