He is survived by: his father Doyle Wayne Smith Sr.; his girlfriend Sharon Wise; his children, Brenton Smith (Lynsey) of Jonesville, Bradley Smith (Ashley) of Georgetown and BreAnne Jordan of Georgetown, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Morgan, Isaac, Samuel, Layla and Micah; and his siblings, Loretta Womack (Herbert) of Arcadia, Tawnya Smith of Natchitoches, Yvonne Desadier of Black Lake and Scotty Harper of Arcadia, Louisiana.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
