He is survived by : his wife Annette Boudreaux Kulka; his children, Cary Adam Kulka (Kim), Joseph Michael Kulka (Amanda), Alexia Renee Kulka, Buffy Chiasson (Dwayne) and Bree Gary; his grandchildren, Lukas Gary (Nicole), Madisyn Champagne (Tyler), Evan Himel (Brittney), Griffin Champagne, Keali Gary, Baleigh Kulka, Alyssah Himel, Brylee Kulka, Ava Kulka, Haley Kulka, Kennedi Gary and Joey Kulka; and his siblings, Gerald Xavier Kulka (Brenda), Edward Thomas Kulka, Nicholas John Kulka (Beth), Patrice Ann Dinger and Paul Christopher Kulka.
