She is survived by: her sons, Michael Richard (Suzanne) of Lafayette, Bobby of Lafayette, Ricky Richard of Lafayette and Jason Bergeron (Holly Menard) of Lafayette; her stepdaughters, Sybil Bergeron Lavergne (Eugene) of Sunset and Vera Bergeron of Carencro; her granddaughters, Morgan Menard and Lexi Daigle; her stepgrandchildren, John, Amos, Jacob Daigle, Lacey and Megan Thibodeaux; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaaryn Thibodeaux, Laila and Isabella Boudreaux; her sister-in-law Marcee; her niece Hannah Bergeron of Lafayette; her sister Penny Dupuis; her nephew Mickey Dupuis; her great-niece Brooke Bourgeois; and her great-nephew Hunter Dupuis.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A rosary was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
