He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Huval and Earline Cole; his siblings, Merlin Huval, Russell "Pat" Huval, Bert Huval, Lines Huval, Livinia Dore and Verna Dore; his grandson Preston Mojica; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Huval, Maisie Huval, LJ Dore and Eugene Dore.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Huval; his children, Travis James Huval and Holly Mojica (Tony); his siblings, Hubert Huval (Pris), Virgie Albarado and Theresa Thibodeaux; his grandchildren, Nick Wyble (Linda), Drew Mojica, TJ Mojica and Sydney Mojica; and his great grandchildren, Gianna "Gigi" Wyble, Giselle "Zelly" Wyble, Garrett Wyble and Glen Wyble.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
