He is survived by: his wife Ginger Rowell; his children, Michael Rowell (Sandy) and Carolyn Goebel (Kyle); his sister Sheryl Elizabeth Townsend; and his grandchildren, Isaac Rowell, Aubrey Rowell, Jordan Bouillion and Conner Bouillion.
