She was predeceased by: her husband Carl George Schultz; her parents, Roy Degeyter and Eunice Degeyter; and her sister Gwen Patin. She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Schultz (Monica) of Texas, Ryan Schultz of Carencro and Tommy Schultz (Priscilla Alfred) of Georgia; her grandchildren, Ryan Schultz II and Autumn Schultz; her stepgrandchildren, Tyler South, Austin South (Makayla), Katelynn South, Amber South, Marissa Tipton and Emily Toll; her great grandchild Everly South; and her sister Vanessa Mouton (Ernal) of Scott.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
