He is survived by: his fiancé Samara Clark; his daughter Drea Darby; his stepchildren, Brody Simon, Courtney Brooks, Madison Lasseigne and Jonathan Ludwig; his godchildren, Brayden Kidder, Wyatt Darby and Darby Venable; his parents, Robert Darby and Lois M. Darby; his grandchildren, Triston Brasseaux and Tyler Brasseaux; his siblings, Cory Darby (Rhonda) and Robbie Trahan (Kurt); and his nephews, Noah Darby and Ty Venable.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A rosary was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
