He was predeceased by: his parents, J. V. "Bob" Holley and Helen Holley; and his siblings, Jeffrey Holley and Peggy Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, James Holley, Lane Holley (Stephanie) and Helena Miles; and his sister Pat Boyd. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.
