She was predeceased by : her husband Harry Dwayne McCart; and her siblings, James Gilliam, Johnny Gilliam, Geraldine Hatten and Katie Smith.

She is survived by : her children, David Dwayne McCart (Dorinda) of Castor, LA, Diane Gros (Pat) of Heflin, LA and Kelly McCart Avery (Phillip) of Arcadia, LA; and her grandchildren, Shellie Lee, Woody McCart (Kim), Angie Pullig, Jeremy Gros (Lauren), Nicki Pearson, Justin Walters and P. J. Avery. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
