He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Noel and Georgia LeBlanc Batiste; his stepfather Ernest Batiste; his grandson Terry Wayne Clues, Jr.; and his siblings, Linton Noel, Sr., Edward Noel, Sr., Joseph Felton Noel, Earl Noel, Sr., Willie Roy Noel, Sr., Michael Noel, Lee Allen Noel, Juanita Phillips, Barbara Batiste and Betty Noel.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Calais, Sadie Noel, Nevaeh Noel, De'nigel Noel and David Calais, Jr.; his girlfriend Laura Alfred; his stepchildren, Ra'niya Reaux, Ja'niya Reaux, Terius Reaux and Kizzy Calais; his grandchildren, Keilee Clues and Harlee Rogers; his siblings, Napoleon Noel, Jr., Ernest Batiste (Gloria), Bernadine Noel (Joseph) and Roland Batiste (Michelle); his godchildren, Kirk Noel, Faith Calais and Pamela Batiste; Rebecca Alfred. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
