She was predeceased by: her parent Willie LeBlanc; her husband Ernest Batiste; her parent Elby Frederick LeBlanc; her children, Juanita Phillips, Barbara Batiste, Betty Noel, Edward Noel Sr., Joseph Noel, Willie Noel Sr., Earl Noel Sr., Linton Noel Sr., Michael Noel and Lee Allen Noel; and her siblings, Rita Flugence, Mazy Landry, May Landry, Whitley LeBlanc, James "Tom" LeBlanc, Alton LeBlanc, William LeBlanc, Wilton LeBlanc and Antoine "Cliff" LeBlanc.
She is survived by: her sons, David Noel (Laura), Napoleon Noel (Renee) and Ernest Noel (Gloria); her sister Hilda Lyons; her children, Bernadine Noel (Joseph) and Ronald Batiste (Michelle); and her children-in-law, Clamencia Noel, Lorena Noel, Lula Noel and Lennis Phillips. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
