It is with sadness that the passing of Connie Martin Fournet (Centerville, Louisiana) is shared. Connie, born on November 28, 1946 in Franklin, Louisiana, passed away on September 18, 2026. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis J. Fournet; her parents, Frank John Martin, Jr. and Savannah May Crouchet Martin; her siblings, Chris Martin and Marianne "Memein" Martin; her grandparents, Frank John Martin, Sr., Elda Butaud Martin, Michel Crouchet and Mary Coles Crouchet; and her stepson Louie J. Fournet III.
She is survived by: her grandson Andrew Storm of Charlotte; her nephew Beau Martin (Vicki) of Centerville; her nieces, Kristen Martin of Independence and Elizabeth Brunk (Thomas) of Boyd, Texas; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Beau Martin Jr., Reed Martin, Hana Martin, Alice Landry, Randy Landry III, Alexia McElwee, Chloe McElwee and Stoney Brunk; and her stepdaughters, Marilyn C. Fournet of New Orleans and Kathryn Fournet Marva (Joe) of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by in-laws, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Centerville (132 State Rte 317, Centerville, LA 70522). A rosary was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
