She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Watson Jr.; her parents, George Schmidt Sr. and Delores Alcorn Schmidt; her siblings, Catherine Recuirt Robino, Louis Recuirt, Audrey Recuirt Lewis and Marion Recuirt Menesses; her grandchild Remy Jonathan Bozant (Erica); and her great grandchild Asher James.
She is survived by: her daughter Georgette Delores Watson; her granddaughter Michelle Lynn Bozant Betz (Bryan); and her great grandchildren, Joleigh Amarii Betz and Mazie Rhiann Betz.
