He was predeceased by: his uncles, Charles Ponamsky, Gary Wild and Daniel Hoffman Jr.; and his cousin Brandon Wild. He is survived by: his parents, Dale Hoffman and Linda Giroir Hoffman; his brother Christian (Katie); his sibling's children, Hillary and Hudson Hoffman; his uncle Bruce Hoffman; his aunts, Jean Wild, Paula Ponamsky and Patricia Hoffman Duceung (Mike); his cousins, Timothy Hoffman, Stephanie Wild, Sheila Hauswald, Derek Ponamsky and Craig Ponamsky; and his pets, Homer and Skeetz. He is also survived by numerous friends and second cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to a "no kill shelter" Northshore Humane Society Building Fund, 20384 Harrison Ave., Covington, LA 70443 would be appreciated.
